I assume you mean if you enter into an IVA. Your IVA will be registered at the Registry of Individual Voluntary Arrangements, which is held by the Department of Trade & Industry and is available publicly - it can be accessed on the internet.
Credit agencies are also generally informed by the creditors themselves, and they also pick up the information from the register. It is usually for entries to remain on such agencies for 6 years following the acceptance of your IVA, whereas your entry on the Register itself is removed as soon as the IVA is completed.
