Hi - I am moving in with some-one who has declared himself bankrupt in 2004. How will the bankrupcy affect myself & my assests. For example i have noted that my house insurance that I am due to renew will not allow me to have a bankrupt person living in the house.

Your partners bankruptcy will not affect you at all, and if you are the one going to be moving, presumably you will be cancelling that household insurance? I imagine that your partner is now long discharged from bankruptcy, and has put the matter behind them.
