EEEEEk
things not great at the moment [:(]
im having to give up my university course due to ill health, they themselves have not been very helpful or supportive. it is possible that i have CFS/ME but need to go see a specialist first and not just go by what my dr says hum.....

so we are down on that money, then in the new year i can see tax credits being cut as hubby has been getting overtime this current year, overtime that atm our IP hasn't taken anything of.

im not in a position right now to go and claim disability but there my be a very slim chance in the future after seeing specialists and such.
nor am i in a position to go and work, if i could work i'd still be on my uni course :-( i may be able to complete my studies through the open university at a later date and im very hopful of this [:D]

i jsut hope my IP is very understanding of our situation and doesnt get too annoyed with us [:(]

Not good, do you have a specialist appointment as yet?

I do hope your IP is sympathetic. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

well up date! my dr is still not getting me referred!
Student finance are now demanding over £1k back in supposed over paid grants! and are budging even though i keep trying to tell them i sent in all evidence but they will not accept it! so we now need to contact our IVA provider as the grants were classed as my income so in reality im being asked to give back income, hum, so the mother in law suggested we may be able to get the money added to the IVA which is also what student fianace said we could do (tbh don't think the SF woman i spoke to even knew what an IVA was!) but she aslo said that our provider may have to recalculate.
amazingly we have been coping ok with my loss of income and i cant see me getting any income in the near future as im so up and down with my health.
so tomorrow it is, to give GT a call to see what they can suggest.
