After approx 6 years (in total) of being in my IVA, today I received my completion certificate. My IVA officially ended last July (2012) so I have been waiting about a year for it, but interestingly, I called Grant Thornton twice to complain as to why I hadn't received it so maybe that helped. Maybe other people in my position can do the same, and to anyone I have sought advice from on here, I would like to say thank you for your help.

Great news. GT are getting a lot of justifiable stick at the moment, but CC's seem to be trickling through from them now.
