I am a company director and am considering an IVA, if i was to go for credit through my business eg lease a car would i be denied this due to the IVA being in place?

Hi Nick and welcome to the forum

That will depend upon the lending policy of the actual leasing company, who will undoubtedly want you to guarantee the agreement and thus will likely carry out credit checking. Suggest you take the agreement out before you enter into the IVA to be sure.
