Oh Wizz, I have to do a diagnostic just to see if my English is up to scratch. Its kind of asking a question about how I came to be interested in counselling. I did feel a big fat lie coming on or maybe not, maybe I will be honest about it. What do you think??

Hi Lily
When asked to offer a self diagnosis I used to not exactly lie but embellish. It never works, be true to who you are and the answer (and the question in this case) will be self apparent. Easier to say than do as self diagnosis is by its very nature almost impossible. However, your honesty should be your guiding light ... let me know how it goes.

When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Crikey Lily ... you take care ... seen some awful secenes on the news earlier. All those poor people flooded before being flooded again. September is usually a really nice month as well. I remember the sun always shining once the children had gone back to school!

Thanks MTL

I am not too worried about water in the house, its never happened here the roads in this area gets flooded so easily, so many rivers here. Stratford road floods just with a short heavy shower, its the only road out of here. The graveyard at the back is a lake now and so is the area at the side of my house, where my car is parked, it took an hour to get my cat to the vets this afternoon. Its a 5 min walk but he would have been soaked.

I will finish enrolling on Monday, I just turned back today. We have weather warnings here.

Gland you managed to get back on board, you seem to be feeling more positive, which is good news too.

Just caught up with this again Lily. Glad it went ok - I think the worst part is actually stepping through the doors.

Hope you get on ok again on Monday, and hope the weather improves!
