I am due for the annual review soon. I have lost my 2nd job which the income is added to IVA.How it affect the review?

hi you need to inform your IP your income/expenditure will need to be amended.

do you have a minimum dividend to reach? if yes it may mean a extension but best talk to your IP asap.

are you wanting to get another 2nd job?

Hi and welcome.

You will need to put all details down on your I&E for the review but I would speak to your IP now so they know of the change of circumstances.

I agree you should tell your IP asap. If this affects your ability to pay the IVA you may need a variation meeting of creditors. Best to do it sooner rather than later so the IVA completion isn't compromised.
