I am due to make my last IVA Payment this week and would like to know what happens after this has been made? I have also just had my annual review which shows nothing extra to be paid

A lot depends on which company you are with! Some people get issued a completion certificate in weeks and others are still waiting after 18 months.
Have they asked you to look at missold PPI claims? This maybe something that has to be investigated before your IVA can be completed.
7 years after starting an IVA I finally received a completion certificate from ClearDebt

HI Heretoday, I gave permission for them to look at missold PPI claims in August but have not heard anything from them. My IVA is with Grant Thornton

There are plenty of GT post on here, mostly negative.
Hopefully you should have no more to pay and what was your monthly payment will now be yours to spend or save.
You will not be free from your IVA until you are issued the completion certificate which seems to be taking GT and others many months to do.
Your credit rating will be shot until 6 years from the date that you started the IVA and you are also in possession of said completion certificate.
Cobgratulations on making it this far

I'm afraid these days that completion letters are taking a lot longer than six months due to PPI and IVA issues and no amount of pressure is going to help it along.

Well done sue47
What a relief you must feel and perhaps like me this will be the first Christmas in years where I can afford to go out at New Year's Eve ( although I've forgotten what a night out is like )
I suspect you will have at least 6 months of slow progress from GT and you may find it worth while pushing them for an update every month
Well done again enjoy next months pay which will be all yours !!!
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012
