Thank you all for your advice and encouragement. I did write this post to my IP who is GT and received reply today. They have further contacted Apex and Barclays stating the position and will continue to do so for as long as it takes - thanks to GT.
I will still write myself as I now believe they need to get shots from all directions. I'm not a nasty bloke and I also like writing letters of praise, none of that here though?

I love writing letters of complaint too Jan, especially the "first one" that is deleted..when you can say what you really feel no holds barred! But as you say BB, its good to comment on matters of praise too - too often that is missed.

Tina - I complain when it's necessary (and I've done a few in my time!!) but also write letters of praise when someone has gone out of their way to help me out.
We do get some praise for the IP's and experts on here thankfully although sometimes they are outweighed by the negative ones!!
