I am just about to complete my 3rd year revue, last year was a good year at work and my payments went from £750 to £1054 which was not a problem, but this year because of the recession and working in export/imports, i am on basic wages, which was far less than my first revue,i lowered my payments to £700 for 2 months and this month paid £750 because i had a little overtime, will any shortfall have to be paid at the end of my agreement, and why is my payments assessed on what i have earned and not what i am going to earn,

Hi
Your payments will reduce going forward and you should have no shortfall to catch up on as your income has reduced.
Make sure that the payment set for this coming year is affordable and any extra earned can be picked up and paid by your at the annual review or earlier.
