I am self employed and thinking about taking out an iva. Has anyone had any dealings with first standard business recovery from Cardiff ?

Hi Donna and welcome from me too. Like Declan I have never heard of this company but Melanie may know them as she is based in Cardiff.
Take some advice from here too as it is free and confidential and there is no harm in a second or even third opinion.

We are self employed too and in the process of applying for an IVA.

Not heard of them, and they are definately not insolvency practitioners in this town.

Hi Donna and welcome to the forum, if you're looking for a company to represent you why not take a look at www.ivva.com for a list of companies and some reviews of these. The experts who post on the forum all come highly recommened too. All the best and remember to take the advice of 2 or 3 companies before proceeding x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

No sorry I too have not heard of this company, as Lesley stated always best to speck to a few IPs this is a big step and you should feel confident in your IP and the service you will be receiving.

I've not heard of them either.
