Yes you should receive a copy of your Supervisors report each year and they should send you written notice of a breach, with an explanation of what you've done wrong, if/how you can fix it and the deadlines. Suggest you send them a strongly worded letter and mention you will look to make a complaint about this. Send the doctors letter and any other info request with your reply.
Thank you again Lisa I am so tired of all this, I have just spoken to someone at cleardebt who was quite rude and not particularly helpful she said that the IVA is not finished until I have a cc but would not comment when I said I hadn't received any correspondence from them last year to say what payments I needed to make or a supervisors report, it was in fact cleardebt who told me to stop the direct debit last September. I really have enough on my plate with breast cancer and severe depression I'm too tired to fight cleardebt. This forum is a godsend at least I'm not alone and I receive good advice.
Sorry to hear you are ill. I suggest if you can summon up the energy you spend half an hour cobbling together a complaint based on what you have told us on here and send it off to your IP. It may help bring about some action/closure so you can move on and focus on other, more important, things.
I’ve just had this thread brought back to my attention.
Did you not receive the email I sent to you on 30 September following your discussions with a member of my team and that I was prepared to submit a variation proposal to your creditors once I had received a doctors confirmation?
In any event I’ll get in touch with you directly on Monday with a full answer as to where we are currently.
Sincerely
David

Hello David yes I did receive your email and it gave me hope that all would be resolved but then I received 2 letters one telling me I was in breach of my IVA the other stating I was over £2000 in arrears. I look forward to hearing from you as it seems some wires are getting crossed here!
Yes I will wait to hear from David, it's such a shame because the first five years were difficult, as it is for everyone but I found cleardebt hard to fault, it's just this past year it's all gone haywire and I have had an exceptionally hard year health wise so probably a little too sensitive.

As indicated the letters you received were sent and dated prior to your discussion with your case worker.
I had also emailed you on 30 September and have also emailed you again today (sorry missed yesterday due to not being in my office).
All I require is evidence of your illness and I will then be able to put your proposal to your creditors to hopefully finalise matters.
Sincerely
David

I'm just waiting to get a letter from my doctor then hopefully everything will start to move, hospital tomorrow I probably won't be so jittery and sensitive about everything if it's good news. I'll keep you informed about the IVA.
