Guess what i got today in the post.

I got a letter from IP who asked me to fill in a I and E, form and send of wage slips.

You may think not unusual about that as its the 2nd year come 17th Jan.

But if find this hard to believe as i ahd a full and final accepted in october and they got their money on the 1st of November.

Any one shed any light on this?

It almost sounds like these are churned out automatically by the computer! Hopefully Melanie or one of the will be able to say if this is usual.

We all make the occasional mistake James - just ignore the letter or drop them a line reminding them about the full and final settlement.

Should not happen though if IP firm has proper systems and controls in place. Mistakes do happen but professionals should take more care.
