My first year review is in February the same month my twins will be due, I can now tell you they will be identical girls.

Question for the experts - for the extra expense does it sound reasonable to put on my expenditure £176 to cover the cost of the two babies?

Regards

J

Great news James. With all those ladies in your life you will never be able to get into the bathroom for longer than 10 mins!

If you have worked out that your expenditure will increase by £176 and can justify this to creditors, then I am sure this will be acceptable. Current CCCS guidelines indicate that you ought to be allowed £75 extra for each child for housekeeping, £12 per child for clothing and footwearand £10 per child for sundries and emergencies, so using this matrix you ought to be able to justify £194, however how is this going to affect your ability to make your payments?

Hi Andy/melaine

I currently pay £349 a month in to my iva, since starting my IVA i have had pay rises, that come out after tax £176 a month. I have informed my ip of payrsses but been told not to worry about till annual review.

Me and my partner have spoke about this and her current mortagage rate is fixed till sept 2008, were she is going to give me 10k on the bases that it ens the IVA early, this is worked out how much i pay a month less 1k a year for a final settlement, i am tempted to put melaines figures in. but this would reduce what i would pay a month and i dont want to jeoporsdie my iva for the sake of about 8 months.

Regards

James

But use my figures as a guideline so that they can see that £176 is a very reasonable figure.

Hi

Reply to James C.

Only this week a man who gave his sperm to two lesbian women who could have a two children has to pay the C.S.A 420.00 for two children, so if the Government state this is the cost, then if I'm right you can argue your case in any court.

Regards.

Neil
