Thank you. I will certainly continue to use the forum. You are my friends! (I do have others-they just don't know about this!) I want to be there for others if they need the support that I did. By the way,Skippy, your verse about standing still and waiting until the time felt right was an enormous help. Life seems sureal at the moment. Last night it was real shock that set in, I just felt stunned- as did my hubby. We both really feel as if we have been given a whole new start & the word grateful doesn't even begin to cover it. Thank you all once again (& the fantastic team that worked on my case). xxx

I treat this as a fresh start too and no matter that sometimes I feel a bit peeved and sorry for myself I know I'm in a better position now than I was pre-IVA. x

you mentioned the word Grateful...we sat in our garden on Thursday - due to my disability i don't get out, sometimes for days,my garden is a real source of pleasure, it was so warm,we sat drinking cups of tea just holding hands. the birds busy nest building,i said to my hubby,"i feel so grateful to be sitting here...without Mum&Dad's help we'd have had to go BR &loose the house",it made my eye's fill...grateful tears, what a blessing, big hug, enjoy feeling so grateful, x

Thank you. The title of this post sums up our emotions. It has made me want to help others as much as I can as we have been so very, very fortunate. Rosepetal, know exactly what you mean x
