I agree with you totally, however I think I tried everything I could to sell it a normal way. And this investor guy is not a sell and rent back company, I would not even want to rent it back, as I am trying to get away form it. It is just too big. I am afraid that I am running out of time.

It's your call at the end of the day - and most estate agents will give you a forced sale valuation assuming a sale within a 90 day period? Are there any builders who are offering a part-exchange scheme in your area which could also be an option for you?
