Hi all this is the latest since March, they have finally got in touch its now July. Lets hope the meeting goes well.

Thanks Neil

Hi Neil,

Good news, I have received your file back from accounts and passed it to our variation team so the circulars will hopefully be prepared within a week. A copy of the circulars will then be sent to you to check, sign and return. Once we have received the signed copy back from you, a date will set for the meeting.

Kind regards
Joanna Smith

Fingers crossed Neil - it seems to have been going for a long time now.
