Hello there I'm with g&t came across from bains and ernest I have never signed g&ts terms and conditions and they are pushing me to sign I finished paying back in April 2013 btw and I too have just had a cheque from the Halifax
There is nothing in my original terms and conditions about ppi but I'm still wating for my completion certificate over 12 months later I wish now I had took the bankruptcy route rather than the iva one would off been done and dusted back in 2009 as I started in 2006 b***** long time

had a reply from the solicitor today and the conclusion they reached is: that the money is mine as they can find no evidence that the creditors agreed to a variance and my CofC has been issued.

since then my mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer so I am now waiting for the solicitor to contact GT to finalise this for me. Here's hoping.
