i declared myself bankrupt

i am disabled and receive income support. if i declared myself bankrupt would i have to have a monthly payment order. at the moment cab is handling my affairs and i make a minimum payment of £1 to each of my creditors.

Almost certainly you would not be required to pay anythin if your only income is based upon benefits.

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum. I have never heard of anyone whose income is made up of benefits receiving an income payment agreement.
