Just entering into our firs I&E payment and have a question -we have been allocated a set amount for each essential piece of living - if something doesn't cost as much as we have been allocated what do we do with the balance ?

Thanks - I hoped you would advise that - however my IP in the midst of my excitement on Tuesday being told the IVahad gone through I am sure told me that I had to hand it over -don't really want to ask the question again - whilst the IVA was being prepared I was told by the IP that we could keep it - just on Tuesday I was told differently by the IVA mtg clerk - should I keep quiet or ask again??

Hi Lizzie
The expenditure isn't set in stone. what you save on one thing will no doubt cost more on another. It's your's to do with as you wish.
If I stuck to my expenditure rigidly my cats would be skeletons but I would have lots of credit on my mobile that I never use!
