You really need to tell your IP what you actually spend, and they will let you know if it is within the guideline expenditure.

We are no longer allowed to provide copies of CCCS guidelines to third parties, as CCCS believe these lead people to say they are spending more than perhaps they are - I struggle with this as the allowances are rather meagre in the first place, but I am afraid that we have to abide by the rules.

does any member have a copy of the guidlines already and could e-mail me.
i dont want to claim for anything i dont actullay use but dont want to go short either.
i dont know if things like breakdown service (aa,rac)are allowed but seeing as i drive 94 miles each day to work that would at least give me peace of mind if i breakdown
just little things like that
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

We have breakdown service in ours.

Just put everything down, as Melanie says, they can only refuse it or lower the amounts.

Far better that than wish you had included it later on.

If you go into the CCCS website and undertake their debt remedy plan, this will give you their guidlines as you complete the plan. It is also a good tool to use as a memory jogger for things you might not have accounted for

In order for me to look into this for you and go through all of the expenditure guidelines with you, I would need you to call the office and request to speak to myself.
I will then review your case fully for you and see what we can do to get you through the IVA comfortably.
