Freeman Jones is the company I have my IVA with but at times I feel that my money is disappearing without explanation. I can not find a way to ask them how my money is being distributed at present am paying them over £700.00
If you are concerned to learn how your money is being distributed to creditors, this ought to be reported to you each year with your IP's annual report, but there is no harm in asking for in interim distribution statement from them which they ought to be able to supply with ease.
How long have you had your IVA for? Write to your IP and request a copy of your Annual Report and the Annual Receipta and Payments Account - they should, as Melanie stated sent this to you on each anniversary.
