I finished my IVA in 2012. How can I get public record on Experian removed ?

Have you had your completion certificate issued and are you off the Insolvency Register and is the IVA gone from Equifax and Callcredit ?

Public records will only be cleared once full closure process has been concluded ... I am guessing you are still waiting ?
If you have received your closure cert then contsl the credit agencies and give them copy of cert ..they will then update your records for you....however watch equifax don't add a notice of correction at this point as this will have a negative impact on your future applications ..if they do request its removal
