Blimey Lily, that's a lot for coke - Tesco are selling Pepsi at 72p for two litres by me (half price). Fancy forgetting the bottle opener!

Still don't know where the pink toilets came from, and I woke up before I found out what he was going to do with them! He hates pink toilets as well (very 80's)

It was one of those out in the middle of nowhwere hotels who can charge what they like. I was really miffed about the bottle opener as I had it in my mind all day, you know how it is, youre trying to get the kids sorted and yourself, it slipped out of my head, even tho I was very organised, up at the crack of dawn, my nails went wrong and my son lost his shoes.

It was the first function in years that I didnt have to drive so I could have a drink. Still the bottles of bud will come in for Friday night.

lily, no wonder you did not buy a coke at that price!

champagne is lethal stuff, they say its the bubbles that get you drunk, hows that work then? my sister went to a real posh wedding a couple of years ago, the champagne was flowing and she ended up so bladdered she missed the meal and speeches as she had to go to bed in the hotel - how embarassing!

hope your heads not too delicate hun!

love barb x
12 down - 60 to go! woo hoo!

Reminds me of my stepsons wedding when he got so drunk he had to be walked round the grounds of the hotel until he threw up! Not a good way to start married life methinks!
