I have 6 payments left on my IVA and have never had an annual review. I have received annual statements but never had to send any info about income etc. I have just received my first one and am now concerned because I have changed jobs. My income has increased however, I used to receive tax credits and housing benefit, which I longer do so it's all relative! I actually have maybe an extra £15 a month or so left! After doing a little reading over the weekend I'm now very worried this will be seen as a breach of my Iva despite my IPs failure to conduct annual reviews ever! My Iva commenced dec 09 with Blair endersby, was taken over by GT in April 2011. I have complied with everything I have been asked, claimed ppi back to go to them and never missed a payment. Help!!!

Hi Cazza, my IVA was started aroung the same time with BE and moved to GT in 2011 as well. I have had all my reviews with them. I think ou need to speak to them. I wouldn't worry about the increase in income as they will re-calculate everything and it sounds like you have the same disopable as when you started. Mine too has gone up but they have discretion on any increases up to 15% i believe. Really shocked that they have never done a review with you - that's something you need to chase up with them. Have you kept all your paperwork - wage slips etc? You will be able to prove you haven't been earning more. They can't be concerned or they would have been in touch. Must be an oversight on their part but email them or call them on Tuesday and make them check everything for you.

If your money is evened out then the increase in wages should be of no concern but it's not good you've not had a review for the duration of your IVA, obviously slipped through the net.

Bank statements should suffice with proof of pay etc if you don't have the payslips. Hopefully you'll have kept your P60's? Just fill in your Income and expenditure honestly as things are ever increasing so do make sure you enter your realistic figures.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
