Both me and my parnter are setting up an IVA interlinked. How they can suggest this set up is what i was asking because i didnt understand how it would work. And should they propose it, i have the feeling it would be turned down and would ruin any chance of proposing another when i do find employment.

I think i will find out more about what they are suggesting when i speak to them in the morning

Steve, type your IPs name into "find an IP" section on www.insolvency.gov.uk and email them directly. You might have better luck that way. X

Thanks Viki [:)]

If this meeting goes ahead i will not be very happy. And if it does and its rejected wont that prevent me from applying again for a while?

Send a clear e-mail to your IP, with a delivery and read receipt, clearly stating that you need to withdraw your application. Have you ever actually spoken to your IP? If not who conducted your initial and final interviews regarding the IVA? And which firm are you with?

Size 5 works for that company so I am sure he will be able to help you with this for you off-line.
