I have an IVA. Will my parter be able to use his right to buy our house. We are joint tenants.

Just a bit of advice I have a iva only been on it 10 months my partner had impecable credit and wants to use his right to buy our house. Will they let him
As we are joint tenants although he will soley be buying the house

He should be OK, as long as he can raise the funds himself (you will not be allowed to join any mortgage).
In the application there will be a section declaring that, although you are joint tenants, he alone is purchasing --- you will have to sign the application to agree to this. This will also sever your tenancy.
