keep getting put through to my case officer .I did ask to speak to whom i thought was my supervisor but was told to speak to case officer who is dealing with my case.I must add for some reason i have had several case offiers over the last five years.I will insist on speaking to some else tomorrow to find out who my ip is.is the ip the one who originally was called my supervisor.I wont take up any more of your time tonight so i thank you in advance for your answer and advice given tonight.

yes you are melanie my friend has been made redundant at my company he got 9k and is receiving job seekers allowance the maximu you can get which is 60 pound a week. not sure how it works with housing benefit though.

no problem i assume its the same with housing benefit. I think its been fair recent this has changed and I think rightly as well with the amount of dole dossers what never have any intention of getting a job

I was not referring to you! I was just stating the is people on it what have been on for years incuding immigrants and not bothered getting a job. was just saying people like yourself if you lose you job should still get dole even with redundancy money!

Hi Melanie.Thanks to your help with this forumm I got hold of my ip and he is now looking into my case and hopefully we can get an amicable resolution for creditors and myself. Will let you know in a few weeks what happens .Thank you very much.Paul

I am pleased that you eventually got to speak to your actual IP at Payplan. I am sure you will get a satisfactory resolution to your situation. Let us all know and good luck. Nice to know that with any Redundancy payout you can still apply for a Job Seekers Allowance.

Just to let u all know signed some paperwork for my F&F proposal,been told creditors meeting will be in about 4 weeks.Will let u know what happens....

On the 15 April my offer of a F&F was accepted.I feel very releived. I would like to thank everyone on this forumm for all their help and still read it almost daily.I would also like to say thanks to Melanie and David for insisting i get in touch with the right persons.
I would like to say thankyou to Payplan for their help and understanding when i got in touch with the correct persons.
Not got a job yet but still looking like loads of other hard working people.
i will still keep in touch and wish everyone on this forumm good luck.
