Hi acc. So sorry to hear about your daddy - I have been there and it is really painful.

What disposable income do you have available to repay creditors on a monthly basis? If you have a realistic figure - say at least £150 per month, ask the Official Receiver to proposa a fast-track IVA for you. These are quite rare, but entirely possible.

Hi acc, I can't offer you any advice (other than to listen to Melanie), but I just wanted to say that I am sorry about your dad. I lost my dad 8 years ago after a long illness, and I know how much it hurts. Good luck for the future x

Onwards and upwards!!!

Hi acc,
I too know what its like to lose a close family member, it takes over your world and nothing else seems important at the time. As for you situation, there are some very knowledgeable people, like Melanie, who post on this site, and I am sure with their advice, you will be able to get something sorted.
Good luck

I have just lost my mom, she died unexpectedly at Christmas, I am still struggling with it, but hang in there I am sure the sun will shine again for you.
