their is a few people on here who can help with BR proceedings, the impression i get is that its not as scary as what you think, but it will cost you £495

Hi
If you are on benefits there will be a small saving on the bankruptcy fees.
You can download the forms that you need from the Insolvency Services website.
There are companies that can help you fill the forms out and advise you

The forms are relatively easy, and you will save £150 of the £495 cost if you are on benefits.
