Hi, I have been in an IVA for nearly 1 year now. I currently have a offer on my property and had one accepted on another one which I would like to purchase. I am currently trying to get a mortgage on the new property with a possible re-mortgage to also clear off the IVA. I have got a RX1 restriction on my property. what is the best option round this to be able to get moved to a new property?

Your IP will have to give permission for this, and also agree to your sale and purchase. I assume this was placed on your property as you have to effect an equity release at some stage during the IVA, so this will of course also be transferred to your new property. Speak to your own IP for more definitive advice.
