ihave had my last default cleared off my records up to date with all payments when will the credit score start to go up it dont seem to move although everything is cleared and up to date

It will take time ..nothing happens overnight. Running your bank account effectively and a mobile phone contract helps...being registered on the electoral role also

As luluj says paying mortgage, mobile phone contract other things do help. It will happen just takes time.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

That's a bit odd, most as you are now an ex-IVA'er report very good ratings in the 900+ once it's gone. That's to say there's little to make it a poor score and it should bounce right back
Just double check that when your IVA came out of public record it didn't get moved into the "notice of correction" section I think it's either Experain or Equifax sometimes put it there. Use the UK freephone and they'll do it on the spot
