Hi Rainbowspace

Now you have given me a complete conundrum - how on earth if you were e-mailing me directly did this post end up on the forum? Perhaps Admin can throw some light upon this??

Or did you post your query on this site under - Ask the Experts a question, thinking it was going straight to me? The forum is a site with many experts - that is the very beauty of it as you will get a lot of mixed but balanced advice to enable you to consider your position carefully.

With regard to your own circumstances, and age, I feel that you would be better off considering declaring yourself bankrupt. Your ability to make payments at the rate of £200 per month is unlikely to be sufficient to make an IVA viable, and as you have no assets which would be at risk in bankruptcy, there seems little point in struggling on to pay an unaffordable debt repayment plan.

Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner for over 20 years.

I dont know, it freaked me out! I got a mail saying they chose to put it on the site?

This is reply I got

"I hope this is ok, we felt that placing it in our forum would ensure that your query is seen and answered by the appropriate experts."

I felt uncomfy that this had been done without my knowing?
Anyway, its done now.. and its obviously just my head stuff around it! So thankyou for replying... and for your guidance.
