I have IVA with DFD - I have paid nearly all the debt i owe before the IVA term - I have one more payment to make in Jan 2014 and have requested a completion certificate to release me from the IVA - I have emailed DFD 3 times - 3 telephone calls - receiving little confirmation/knowledge by the customer service teams of the situation in hand and advised a team leader would ring me back - with no call. My Annual review is due december and hope that this matter is resolved- can you advise please

Welcome to the forum and well done for reaching the end of your IVA. The final review will be conducted and your IP will finalise the payments to creditors, ensure all loose ends are tied up and issue the completion crrtificate when all of this is satisfied ... This can take three to six months, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer....
