I have just been accepted to study at Uni fulltime and have been in an IVA for nearly 2 years. Will I be able to apply for a Government STudent Loan to help with cost of fees to study
Knock me down and I will get up stronger!!!

How are you managing to make contributions into your IVA?

You will need to discuss with your Supervisor as to whether you are allowed to take on post IVA credit in that any loan would be such.

Provided your IVA contributions continue and the liability to repay your loan is after the IVA finishes I can see no problems in him/her agreeing.
