I have just been declared bankrupct. I have included HP for a washing machine I purchased with extended insurance. I have repayed say 3/4 of it. Would you know if the extended insurance would still be valid once they are informed that I am bankrupct??
Thanks.

I doubt the extended warranty / insurance is still valid as you will not have paid it in full. I must admit that I have never come across this before though so am happy to be corrected by the other experts.

Hi (I am BR) My car is on HP and as long as i keep the insurance payment then mine is valid, if you are paying this monthly then include it on your expediture which may or may not be allowed by the OR.

(I apologise for my keyboards poor spelling and grammar)

I thought that DI was suggesting that she was including the money outstanding for the insurance in her bankruptcy which is why I though it would become invalid. Am I correct in thinking that you are NOT continuing to pay this?
