I have just started an IVA, (09/08), at what point can you offer & F&F payment, and what value is a good offer. It's not an option for me, but who knows what the future can bring...just out of interest.

Hi,

I am not sure when you can offer a F&F, some IVA's now state that there can be no varations until 24 months, don't know if it would cover that.

As the the offer, that all depends on how much you owed and what the dividend is. It's different for everyone.

Technically you could offer a full and final settlement at any time, given the right circumstances.
