I have made my last payment on my IVA now(3rd August 2013) and I have sent for a report from Equifax just to check if the dates are correct from when I started my IVA, do I need to check with all of the credit agencies?

It would probably be better to, to be on the safe side I would have thought.

I would give them all at least a month to update things before chasing them up.

If you only just made your last payment Aug 2013 - it may be better to wait until you have you completion certificate

You can credit check yourself now if you want to check the default dates, but you will need your completion certificate to get the dates ammended.

The 3 main credit reference agencies are, Equifax, Experian and Call credit.

Thanks Kelly, I'm a bit lost at the moment as I don't really know what to do, my IP hasn't answered my emails so will have to call them.

Calling is probably best so at least you know you have got through to someone. With emails you never know whether they have been picked up, the IP is on leave etc. hope you get some answers soon.

Congratulations on reaching the end of your IVA - best wishes :-)

It only costs £2 to check your own credit data/records so just try one of the one's mentioned above and you'll have the info you wanted. I would then send each a copy of your Letter of Completion (you don't actually get a Certificate awarded) and then pay £2 again to each of the three Credit Check Agencies to make sure it has been updated with IVA records removed.
