Apart from raising my payment from £200 to £225 a month they said YES. Lloyds didn't even bother to turn up. I'm paying 35p in the pound, thats good I take it? The reason for putting up the payment was telecoms, I have broadband and sky and mobiles which they thought was a little too extravigant.....

Oh happy days, just think we might even be able to sleep tonight!!!!

You will go from nervous about non approval,to being elated that you get approved to a little deflated after you get into things. Just always look at the final picture to encourage yourself when times get tough(and they probably will). Everytime theres a small disaster there will be panic,but you will get there.
