Well mine was the 13th April, and all was well so do not worry about the "13" bit, am sure all go fine for you[:D], keep my fingers and other appendages crossed for you, know how the creditor meeting date can prey on your mind but afterwards you wonder why you worried so much.

YIPPEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apart from raising my payment from £200 to £225 a month they said YES. Lloyds didn't even bother to turn up. I'm paying 35p in the pound, thats good I take it? The reason for putting up the payment was telecoms, I have broadband and sky and mobiles which they thought was a little too extravigant.....

Oh happy days, just think we might even be able to sleep tonight!!!!

Fantastic news OnTheUp,all in all a good result for you and I am sure you will suffer all the emotions that go along with getting an IVA approved. You will go from nervous about non approval,to being elated that you get approved to a little deflated after you get into things. Just always look at the final picture to encourage yourself when times get tough(and they probably will). Everytime theres a small disaster there will be panic, but you will get there.

Great news OTU, see all the worry for nothing [:D] (I know easier said than done) I know how I felt on another Tuesday 13th a few months ago, went on my lunch with a smile on my face after the decision for the first time in a long while, am sure people must have thought I was a bit odd!
