Russell

Please speak to your IP, they will not not your arrangement to fail. This isnt doing you any good and the longer you go without eating and sleeping the harder it will be.

Please, speak to your IP, I understand youre worried but you do need to know what they can do for you and you for them.

We all make mistakes, sometimes we agree to things and leave ourselves too short every month. Skippy did this and I probably would have done it too. There is an answer to every problem, there will be a way forward.

Good luck and please take care of yourself, youre very precious to your family, they love you.

I agree with the others. You do need to get it sorted, and only your IP can help you with it.

I am sure everything will be ok.

I agree. The best way to sort this is to explain to your IP and come to an arrangement to pay off the overdraft and get rid of it. xxx

If you think you cant cope then you will need to ask your IP about a reduction in payments. You will need to send in a new, detailed income and expenditure.

I know youre scared Russell but you need to do this first and foremost. If youre I and E is not working then you can change it. If all else fails there is BR. You are the only one who can start the ball rolling and you will get your life back on track.

All of us here know what its like to be scared and we want to support and help you. Youre in a very dark place now and cant see a way out, once you have spoken to DFD, you will see a light and your way to the next step.

Youre amongst friends here Russell.

Hey russell, I know this is horrible for you but you really need to make that call to DFD. They have heard all this before and dealt with many people who have done exactly the same thing as you. How much is the overdraft? If you really think you can not keep up the iVA repayments without the O/D then ask for a reduction. Don't worry, you can get this sorted.

I would recommend contacting your IP direct and not one of the call centre staff.

Have a look on the insolvency service website under the heading "find an IP" There you will find his/her direct email address.

Good luck xxx

Russell, you're not doing yourself any good worrying about the unknown. I also know it's easier said than done! Please take the advise given and contact your IP as soon as possible. I would recommend emailing your IP direct rather than talking to the call staff.
An answer one way or another is much better than the unknown. At least then you can start to deal with it.
Take care and let us know how you get on.

Russell the hardest thing is making that call, or writing that email. The worst thing you can do is nothing, and it will not help your health if you let this go on and on.
We're all here to help you, and have been in that place where you feel scared and alone. Please know this isn't the case.
It's in no ones interest to let your IVA fail, so please call your IP as soon as you can
Take care
