My IVA COMPLETED IN June 2016 and all creditors except one have updated their records. However I keep getting a statement of account from Cahoot whose card was in the IVA. There's no demand for money but surely this is behind me they should not be sending out these now. Santander took over Cahoot a few years ago. I have telephoned them last year but their records still show the account live. Also I had not made contact with them for sometime so the debt is statute barred. Any advice would be welcome on this.

I would write to the financial controller and ask them to amend your details within 14 days otherwise a formal complaint will be made. Send the letter recorded delivery so it can be tracked.

I would also send a copy of your completion letter to Cahoot and Santander.

Agree with the above. Out of interest, does the account show an outstanding balance ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi sorry for delayed reply. Yes always the same balance stated. They are not chasing etc but it says I do not have to do anything. I will make a formal complaint now.
