Its cleardebts response not against the Data Protection Act and the Fundamental Principles of the Insolvency code of Ethics. Does not seem very professional?
I think it is now down to the original poster and whether or not they want the thread deleted.

I agree with davidg, this seems very unprofessional. Clare is understandably feeling very low at the moment and Cleardebt did not need to make the details public.
i have no problem with the details because i dont understand them why i asked for help, i have a problem with the fact an expert approached me asked me to email and would look into my file, they then bypassed email me back and by tone was told deliberately to post on the forum, according to cleardebts privacy rules they are not allowed to disclose any personal or private information regarding my case unless to authorised people on the case
they have broken this
leave it up sp other people arent approached by the "experts" and then turned over
just to add i thank everyone on here for all help and support given
i have no grievance with this forum and think it is a brilliant idea, but be wary in some cases when offered help
Hi
I think Clarebuk 74and Cleardebt need to work a way forward together offline.
I don't think any confidence has been compromised as no one knows Clares true identity.
Good luck Clare, I hope you can agree a way forward
