Normally you should receive your completion certificate shortly afterwards, this can take up to 6 months but sometimes it appears with come companies this is taking longer than normal for a variety of reasons.

I would give GT a ring and ask them for an update on when you might receive yours

Hi bpad welcome to the forum.

As Lem says give GT a call to find out what is happening as it has probably got delayed due to VAT issue that all IPs have had to resolve on their closed cases. Hope you get it soon so you can finally close the chapter. Karol from GT posts on here so she may pick up your post and reply to you directly.

Well done on completing your IVA.

Hi bpad and welcome.

First thing I advise you do is email the GT closure dept at this address - iva.closures@uk.gt.com asking for an update.

I emailed them myself last week and recieved a reply within 20 mins.

Please let us know how you get on.

I was to expect my cc on 28/5, update said all funds have now been dispersed. That GT are now waiting for documents to be printed.

I made my last payment 30/9.

I was finaly accepted to receive a mobile phone contract, without the previous telephone interview.

Regards David.

Worth discussing with your IP and hopefully that certificate won't be long.

I can imagine the frustration not receiving it and I'll want mine when I finish as soon as possible too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

No idea I'm afraid - have a word with your case worker to see what they have to say about it.

There have been a few issues recently which have slowed completions down pretty much across the board, but it seems like the backlogs are being gotten through now. Fingers crossed yours won't be long x

You really do try and calm things down dont you BOL, which is very good but we are still very frustrated about the length of time. I am not saying anything is wrong with your posts and prob very good to new ones but to people who have been waiting waiting waiting for over 9 months it is just still fingers and toes and anything else that will cross, crossed and hoping this nightmare will end. Its like being in shackles and hanging for our crimes. I feel we did the crime and have done the time but as has been posted before not with extras as we have not done bad behavoiur
