Hi Happy Christmas to you all. I may be coming into some back pay my understanding is that I should declare it to my IP and then give half towards my IVA?

Hi Moose,

Nice to see you. You should inform your IP about the backpay. Dependent upon who they are you may be able to keep all of it as I was earlier this year.

You do need to tell them though.

Merry Christmas from me.

It's a pleasure moose and you should post more often.

With the backpay, it depends on who your IP is as to what happens with the money.

It is really dependent upon the terms of the proposal.

There is nothing about back pay in my proposal at all, and when I rang Payplan to tell them about it, they said that they didn't touch back pay.
