Glad it went ok for you and would like to wish you well for your future.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

i went BR last yr and still in my house basically we are renting our own home, depending on your OR there is no rush.well done for getting through the BR its not easy as some may suggest, its not the easiest of ways out, others may comment that you have taken the easy route as not to pay your creds but you like me will know what you have been through, keep your pecker up, you done your best, and good luck!

We have already moved out of our mortgaged property, it was costing more to more pay the mortgage than it was to rent. We had the opportunity to rent the house that we are in now so took it, as I said, it was a lot cheaper-over £200 per month. We both feel now that we can move on and deal with the situation better. It was heartbreaking knowing we could never deal with the level of debt that we had and to admit that bankruptcy was our only realistic option. It is walking away for your debts but it is a huge sacrifice, definately not a walk in the park!!! I take my hat off to everyone who deals with their personal debt situation in which ever way is best for them, whether it be DMP, IVA or bankruptcy. Well done!!!!
It's nice to be back......
