remortage probs...not leybridge, they have been great...my current lender...they havent updated ANY of my mortgage payments to either equifax or experion...(i know cos i have just checked)...so all there is to go on is the mortgage statement from them...and how it reads isnt how it was...when we hit a few bad times we rang to ask for some help and they advised paying by debit card instead of direct debit as soon as we could...i aint stupid, i knew we would be seeking a better deal end of oct as we would finish our fixed rate...so i asked if this would effect our credit and she said no...not unless we were a month in arrears of the same value as a monthly payment...(which we never were) she said it would be on there statement as being late but not on the credit file....the one they have sent to Leybridge !!.,....so now i am worried sick that we wont get the rate and monthly payments that we need and thought we had all sorted. They (current lenders) have also said they want an extra £1000 for the debt managment fee!!! what debt management...?? when did we agree to this...?? seems odd that there are mortgage records (all perfect) for years ago....and yet nothing for the last 2 years from our current lender....they aint even mentioned on either credit agencies.....and experion have us as being in an IVA till nov 2011 !!!...it was a F/F that completed nearly 2 years ago....i sent them a copy of the cert asd i did equifax...equifax have it as settled.

Its all just c**p

Ohh but thanks kerri....HUG xxx

Ola!

Actually Chocolate is a poison to humans as well. In very small animals (i.e. Squirrels etc) its fatal. It actually makes dogs depressed. A fatal dose for a human is 23lbs (thats alot of Dairy Milk). I think my wife tries to top herself every night with the stuff.

You shouldn't give dogs chocolate - it's a poison to them! Sadly they don't seem to understand it though!

Does anyone know if they still make Fuse bars. They are a recent addition to the Caburys repetoir but they have appeared to have vanished. As they were a cornerstone of my less than adequite diet, I sorely miss them. Wispa's are nice though[:)]

I'm not sure about Fuse bars - I don't think I liked them as I think they were the ones with rabbit droppings, sorry sultanas, in them!

I used to love lollipops (I know they're for children and Kojak!) but I'm very careful now - I broke my tooth and spent a couple of weeks in agony waiting for a dentist appointment. The broken bit was imbedded in my gum and I spent £150 getting it fixed only for it to break again. This time it cost me £285 for a crown! All that from a 50p lollipop that Dave bought me!
