I paid of My iva in 2008 and have just seen it removed from my credit file. However I still have defaults showing should these not have been remove due to the the creditors not registeringing them until after the iva.
I have also seen some that are over 6 years old.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
You need to write to the data controllers for those creditors concerned, enclose a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove any defaults that were registered after the date of IVA acceptance.
