I survived

I have survived the month of June with £27 and some oddments in my bank! Phew isn't the word, I've been worried all week, I've also got £20 in my purse so we can eat this week!

I am pleased to have finally paid £60 back in respect of my IVA arrears, so on the road to being out of arrears also.

I've had a bad start to the IVA and this month nothing has happened out of the ordinary it just seems that because we went away to see The Police and and we had no money as such put away and we had to go with what we had, it has really blown the budget out of the window totally. We've been scrimping on shopping all month and this has left me a long list of essential things I'm down on!

Next week is July and I intend to be much more careful as I don't want or need this feeling again. Car Tax is due but I've written that in budget figures.

Well done lesley. We have found the last month not too eay either. the main thing is that each one we get through is another nearer the end of debt.

Well done Lesley, we haven't even started ours yet and we are having a few hiccups.......

Hairdryer keeps cutting out - not a major problem to most but I cannot go out with wet hair as I have arthritis and my oh and dad go mad!
oh car the drivers seat is dangerous, and yesterday it the windscreen started to leak.
The toaster has packed in just as my son has learnt ho to use it - he was dead proud [:0] I bet the little sod broke it - didn't think of that!
The fridge is on it's way out...........I could go on but won't bore you.
I have told oh it is just a test to see how we cope..........I am so determined.

I've won a DVD player today too! yipee! I won blog of the month, hubby won two tickets to go to Tacklefest (fishing nutter) and now I've won a DVD player as I completed 30 IAG's at work last month! Things are getting better...hope I haven't spoken too soon! xx

Thanks to everyone, I did win it but had to work hard to get it! There is a CD player up for grabs during July, I'm not there enough in July to win that as staff dev all week next week then I've got the w/c 21st off, so I'm going to have let someone else win that! lol
