Click on this link to find out who your IP is and then ascertain wich of the 8 Regulatory Bodies he/she belongs to

Why do you feel that your IP is being dishonest - and I assume that you are bankrupt?

i am in an IVA, I am very wary to post on here as my IP belongs to what is supposed to be a reputable company with multiple offices and i do not know who on this forum is associated with them, but i do have evidence that they are possibly dishonest (i know that only a court can decide this though)

Billy, your real name is not on here, so it is unlikely that they would know who you are.

He is not bankrupt - why do you think he was Melanie?

Your complaint BillytheKid is addressed to the Insolvency Service who regulate all SofS IP's.

Now you have found the forum, all of the experts will be more than happy to help you - and do keep us informed of your progress with any complaint you make.

IPs like David and myself strive every day to try and eradicate malpractice in our profession, which sadly is probably prevalent in most professions, but we are very proud of ours!
