That is rather disturbing in itself. If you won't tell us who they are Billy, neither David and I can really help you. If you want to send me a confidential e-mail to my website, I can perhaps try to assist you further.

Melanie, i would appreciate that. but what if my IP is known personally to you? And u have until now respected him or her?? Then where do your loyalties lie? I know my questions are harsh but this is a very serious situation im in.

My loyalty is to good and proper professional practice in my profession. I have no axe to grind against anyone, or points to score against fellow insolvency practitioners - we have all worked hard for our licences and most of us had to pass a set of very tough examinations to get that precious piece of paper.

If you have a dispute with your IP, firstly it is a good idea to have this independently looked at in the first innstance. In my experience most disputes between professionals and clients result from broken communication or misunderstandings, rather than malpractice - but of course there is the odd occasion when things to go wrong.

I am not going to discuss this any further on the site. If you want me to take a look I am happy to, if not then I do not think we can help you any further on this particular thread.

Not at all - I would love to help you, but as you cannot provide me with information I am useless to you.

I am also getting a little concerned about your posts, so see what your lawyers have to say and contact me if you feel I can help. Can I suggest that we now leave this thread as it is for now, as there is no point in continuing to discuss something that you know a lot about, and we know very little.

Billy, I'm sorry to hear of you troubles and hope you get it sorted very quickly.

From what I've read Melanie is willing to listen to you, but it would be better if you did this off forum, where you can reveal more details. Why don't you email Melanie via her website and see what happens?

No-one is deserting you and we all want to help if/when we can xx

I'm going to lock this thread Billy, as I think you should either take Melanie or David up on their kind offer or discuss this with your solicitor. I don't think anyone can be of any further help on this particular thread.
